Uravin d.o.o. provides digital automated reports and due diligence analysis of legal entities registered in mainland China.

  • Delivery format: All products are digital PDF files or data displayed within the web interface. No physical delivery is provided.
  • Timing: The service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Standard reports are typically generated and delivered within 1–5 minutes.
  • Access: Digital receipts and notifications are sent via the web interface or to your registered email address.

4. Transaction Currency and Payments

All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($). If your card is linked to an account in another currency, the amount will be converted by your card issuer at the prevailing exchange rate.

Your payment details are encrypted and processed by our payment provider. At no point are your full card details stored on or accessible to our servers.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Uravin d.o.o. we aim for high accuracy, but given the nature of digital products our refund policy is as follows:

  • Right of withdrawal: Because our service provides instant digital access, once a Company Verification Report has been generated and delivered the service is considered fully rendered. By accessing the report you expressly consent to waive the right of withdrawal.
  • Right to a refund: You are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run of the search only if:
    1. The report was not delivered within 24 hours due to a technical failure on our end.
    2. A double charge occurred for the same service due to a system error.
    3. The report contains significant data errors that do not match official public records at the time of the request.

6. Complaints Resolution Procedure

If you are dissatisfied, we follow a structured 3-step process:

  1. Submission: Contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.
  2. Review: Our team will acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and verify the technical logs.
  3. Resolution: If the complaint is valid, we will regenerate the report or initiate a refund. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.

7. User Obligations and Legal Limitations

The User bears sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of our service complies with all local, national, and international laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Uravin d.o.o. reports are provided for business intelligence purposes and must not be the sole basis for legal or financial decisions. We accept no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's failure to comply with local laws.
