1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription or one-time payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Please include:

  • The email address you used to register on the site.
  • Your order / report ID.

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your request:

  • We will process it within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. Shopify App Billing and Refunds

If you use the Service through the Shopify App Store, charges are processed by Shopify Payments as usage-based billing — you are billed per report generated, with no monthly fee.

  • Each report generates a single usage charge of $10 USD applied to your Shopify billing cycle.
  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a direct card transaction.
  • A monthly spending cap is set on your subscription; you can adjust it at any time in your Shopify admin under Apps → Mandarin.Business.

To request a refund for a Shopify-billed report, email us at [email protected] with your shop domain and report ID. We will process the refund through Shopify's billing system within 3 business days. Shopify may require additional time to reflect the credit on your invoice.

Uninstalling the app immediately stops all future charges. Any usage charges already applied in the current billing cycle remain subject to this Refund Policy.

6. Exceptions

While we aim to be flexible, refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse of our services or if the refund request is submitted after the 14-day period has elapsed.
